This individual will be knowledgeable in all aspects of project management and have an understanding of system development life cycles, service oriented architectural concepts, and projects that cross technology platforms. The individual must have proven experience with using MS Project to track multi-year projects. Role responsibilities: • Provide coordination and leadership for other project team members as assigned by the PM • Complete project deliverables as assigned • Create and maintain project schedule(s) in MS Project • Provide quality control for project deliverables • Work with PM and business to develop project management documentation and artifacts • Work with PM, technical team, and business users to create implementation and conversion plans • Participate in meetings and document the discussion, and follow up on action items. • Work with the project manager and technical team to develop test plans, scenarios and scripts Required Skills: - Proficient in MS Project; minimum of 5 years experience using MS Project to manage multi-million dollar projects with multiple year durations - Strong communication skills, oral and written - Ability to communicate clearly and easily with all levels of management, all areas of IT, and business users - Strong analytical and conceptual skills - Planning and management skills, including scope estimating, budgeting, testing, quality assurance and resource allocation - Proficient in using MS Word, Visio, Excel, and Powerpoint to create documentation - Experience with project risk management, including failure mode effect analysis Desired Skills: - Experience with implementing SharePoint 2013 - Experience with Access Management implementation - Experience with enterprise service bus (Biztalk) and rules engine (InRule)   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
