Marketing Analyst/Coordinator 3(Channel Marketing Specialist (Display))

Ridgefield Park, NJ

12 months contract



Summary

Reporting to the Head of Channel Marketing & Enablement, the incumbent will be responsible for driving joint marketing efforts with Clients Channel Resellers, National Service Providers, Systems Integrators, Consultants, Architects, and Designers in the US. Furthermore, the scope focuses on integrated go-to-market planning, market analysis, as well as managing our best-in-class Partner Portal platform.

The incumbent will be a key contributor in building our channel marketing program, working closely with the Sr. Channel Marketing & Enablement Manager in the development, planning and execution of our channel marketing strategy. You will serve as a key member of the marketing team and work in close alignment with business partners and outside agencies to manage channel marketing execution and the development of vertical marketing programs.

The ideal candidate will:

Be a dedicated, hard-working individual who can think outside of the box and has the ability to build and broaden internal and external relationships.
Have background and knowledge of B2B “traditional” channel route to market, programs, and an indirect sales model
Demonstrate proven track record in initiating and carrying out channel communications strategies, understanding channel programs, and managing channel partner portal.
Possess strong entrepreneurial skills with excellent business judgment, problem solving abilities and general relationship building strengths. – This is ABOSLUTELY critical.
Be capable of working in a fast pace environment.
Proficient w/ Microsoft office suite – excel, PPT, word.

Preferred/Bonus:

Experience w/ website administrative experience is a plus!
Sales enablement platform experience is a plus!

Education: Bachelors Degree with 5+ years of experience in Channel or B2B marketing

Roles and Responsibilities

Works closely with our internal Channel Account Managers and partner marketing contacts to align and execute on channel marketing program contracts that help achieve joint sales goals and objectives. This can include, but is not limited to, in-person or virtual events, targeted email & social campaigns, outbound lead generation exercises, PR & brand awareness activities, and more.
Partners with Product Marketing & Demand Generation teams to deliver on SPIF promotions, new product launch announcements and materials, and one-off lead generation program approvals.
Regularly collaborates with the Finance team to manage and maintain the MDF budget tracker to ensure we stay aligned and do not exceed budget.
Responsible for creating, managing, and delivering a monthly channel-facing webinar series to review product roadmaps, new product launch material, vertical specific discussions, etc. This will require building trust and credibility with our internal SMEs to assist with building out the content and inviting the SMEs to be our guest speakers.
Serve as primary partner portal administrator while driving adoption and engagement by creating relevant, timely content and enablement journeys for our partner personas.
Ensure partners are properly approved for portal access and on-boarded in a consistent and compliant way.
Partner with the Demand Generation team to upload new email and social campaign assets to include: uploading content, organizing email campaigns, instructing partners on how to use the tool, and pulling reports that reflect lead generation activity.
