The On-boarding Analyst will work on the new OIT Onboarding Process effective 01/01/2016. The incumbents in these positions will work in a central location in the Office of Information Technology and work together to streamline the on-boarding process for DHS. The duties and responsibilities will include: Receive and track new user ID requests Check the request for completeness and accuracy Place the Office 365 email order Place the SOG.local AD ID order through the Remedy system Coordinate the delivery and set up of equipment Request office telephones or wireless devices Make the needed handoffs to the application teams for needed application access Receive the requested credentials Receive confirmation of completion of all steps Test Access Communicate the credentials and status to the hiring manager Track the entire process and escalate as needed to CapGemini and GTA management Cadence structure and reporting to OIT Leadership on a weekly basis Required Skills: * Bachelors degree in I.T. related field or 2 + years of relevant work experience * Experience with O365 Pro Plus core applications * Ability to work effectively with a diverse project team in a highly visible, * fast paced and changing project environment with aggressive timelines * Ability to work effectively with personnel at multiple levels of the organization * Ability to work well under pressure * Excellent oral, written, presentation and interpersonal communication * Ms office   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
