Primary Duties/Responsibilities: *Ensure Change management / user readiness plan is populated – milestones and tasks. Obtain input from stream leader and ensure plan meets expectations. *Integrate user readiness plan with technical plan. Ensure no conflicts, and dependencies are identified. Coordinate with IT team to synchronize the user readiness plan with IT plan. *Coordinate business involvement in project, including testing, training, communicating system downtime *Liaise with technical team members to ensure effective coordination across multiple teams and business stakeholder groups *Update plan changes – input from technical lead, stream and business resources. *Perform change impact analysis and monitor impacts to resolution *Plan change impact capture events *Capture all change impacts in a single change impact tracking tool *Coordinate prioritization of change impacts *Support SMEs and business representatives with change impact action planning work *Execute on actions *Monitor progress, maintain tracker, escalate issues as needed *Lead communication effort for Upgrade: 1.Communication plan development and execution 2.Act as key communication focal for Upgrade 3.Negotiate with business as needed 4.Develop and maintain distribution lists 5.Ensure coverage and timely communication *Load resource plan for user readiness activities. Work with resource owners and stream resources to request resource with suitable lead time. Track resource availability and work with resource owners to resolve any conflicts. *Quickly identify and escalate project risks. Communicate upcoming and past due tasks/milestones. Provide periodic communication to project team on project status, issues, and risks. *Ensure milestones and tasks get completed with sufficient quality and on time *Maintain action item/ issues log for Project. Follow up on action items with team members *Help on execution of user readiness tasks including: 1.Control validation 2.Reporting and data validation tasks *Complete all other user readiness tasks as needed/assigned. Experience: 3-5 yimplementationle="mso-spacerun: yes"> experience in Oracle implementation 5-7 yrs experience in project management, including development & execution Other Required Skills: ·Experience with MS Office applications including: Word, Excel, and Outlook ·Experience in change management ·Must have managed/led at least one Oracle implementation event Preferred Qualifications: ·Oracle R12 experience ·Knowledge of project management tools and techniques ·Experience in change management   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
