The Content Strategist is responsible for assessing content opportunities and providing content strategy recommendations based on content inventories, current-state analysis, site audits, competitive assessments, user testing, and metrics. The Content Strategist is directly responsible for building and socializing the clients Content Strategy to achieve business-side project goals and deliver roadmap initiatives that align with the clients vision. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and have the ability to work proactively and independently in a deadline-driven environment RESPONSIBILITIES Establish and document overall content development standards. Be responsible for the management and augmentation of the CMS tool to support the ability to create and maintain business content. Work with project teams to provide strategy and direction and ensure that projects and content are properly developed to adhere to content development standards and naming conventions. Establish and maintain editorial standards to maximize accuracy and quality of content. Develop and coordinate training sessions for the CMS team on Teamsite functionality, file naming standards, and CMS tools/reports that can be leveraged with the global team. Design, perform, and document regularly-scheduled content audits of all partner websites for preventative discovery of broken links, invalid URLs and pages, and validation of content naming standards and hierarchy.
