Design and build a data repository to act as the reporting source. Solve difficult business specific reporting needs while using industry standards. Provide leadership for reporting team members. Mentor and support Microstrategy report developers. Gather reporting business requirements Accurately estimate reporting efforts to build project plans. Interact with software development teams and business leaders to deliver high value integrated reporting. Maintain current knowledge of business intelligence tools. Delivery BI projects on time, on budget, with high quality. Manage development, QA, and production environments with proper controls and procedures. Design and develop complex reports and dashboards using MicroStrategy (Web/Desktop/Mobile) Ability to analyze data and create Ad-hoc reports. This role involves in MicroStrategy Administration, maintenance and supporting existing environment. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience as a reporting developer. Experience as a reporting lead. Experience with batch and web based reporting. Excellent SQL skills, includes coding, testing, debugging and optimizing the DB. Advance understanding in MicroStrategy modules (Architect, Desktop, Report Services, OLAP, Object manager & distribution services). Highly proficient in reports, attributes, filters, drill maps, custom groups & consolidation, VLDB properties. Well versed in dashboard development and designing MicroStrategy schema. Understanding of MSTR web services and URL API will be added advantage. Knowledge of MicroStrategy Command Manager and Narrowcast Server.
