May lead a project team or initiative Take ownership of issues and work closely with various teams to develop resolutions Must be able to meet deadlines Qualifications: Requires a Bachelors in preferably Computer Science, Information Technology with emphasis in Software Development and/or 2+ years working experience with IT application development, technical software design and development or other directly related experience Proven work experience as a detail oriented, thorough professional Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy Requires strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of and experience with application middleware, databases (SQL, Oracle etc), and programming languages Grasps business-centric data principles Requires advanced interpersonal skills with the ability to work with both management and technical staff employees. Proficient in the use of various software programs, including word processing, spreadsheets, etc. A basic understanding of banking, including; Deposits operations and business activities.
