Degree: Candidates must possess a degree included 15 semester hours in statistics (or in mathematics and statistics, provided at least 6 semester hours were in statistics. Alternatively, courses in methods of processing mass statistical data such as tabulating methods or electronic data processing may be sufficient. B. Programing: Candidates must demonstrate the ability to apply systems engineering concepts and factors, such as structured design; supportability; reliability; scalability; and maintainability sufficient to ensure that applications are optimized for state-of-the-art technology and functionality utilizing various programming languages and tools to include .NET Framework, C#, JSON, CSOM, REST API, PHP, ASP .NET, Visual Studio, Blazor, HTML, JavaScript (Angular JS, React and Amber), Java, Java Applets, visual basic script, Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), Ajax, XML, MS SQL Server, Oracle and other RDMS and database tools.
