NSSR SRA ESM Migration Service Catalog Catalog Management Analyst (Jobs in PONTIAC   Requirement id 43811 Job title Analyst Job location in Pontiac, MI Skills required NSSR, SRA, ESM, Migration Service Catalog Catalog Manage Open Date 05-Mar-2015 Close Date Job type Contract Duration 12 Months Compensation DOE Status requirement --- Job interview type ---    Email Recruiter: coolsoft Job Description Analyst: NSSR, SRA, ESM, Migration Service Catalog Catalog Manage HP Migration Business Analysts Job details: * Business Analyst in charge of migrating the customers catalogue management systems from HPs legacy Service Desk Architecture (SDA) environment to HPs new Standard Reference Architecture (SRA) environment. * A hands-on approach is expected and to not rely on the Project Manager to always guide the next actions. * Will need to quickly understand and assimilate information and be able to manage catalogue management systems for migration to HPs new Enterprise Service Management (ESM) Toolsets. * Lead migration of catalogue content from one system to the other * Lead development of all catalogue specific processes * Redeployment of service catalogues (also including hardware and software products) and service requests management systems * Transform legacy catalogues to SRA catalogues and provide support to workflow SME for loading into SRA. * Establish and maintain in depth subject matter expertise in your specific technologies * Act as the team authority on your tool technology and interact with other team members as the point of contact in your subject matter expertise * Own responsibility to deliver on project tasks * Report of project task status * Lead the Catalogue migration from one system to the other.
