Acts as a liaison between client area and technical organization by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of the most complex, strategic, corporate-wide business problems through remediation. Participates in transforming strategic enterprise architecture and design principles into specific system requirements and specifications. The BSC will be asked to arrange data feeds/extracts and then need to digest information from large asset databases. Data analysis aspect (massaging and cleansing data) will be a large part of the functional responsibilities for this position. Data will be in regards to tens of thousands of Infrastructure Servers and Applications across the WF Enterprise. Must be able to perform data analytics tasks on these large volumes of data. Participates in interactions with encryption technology vendors – helps to ensure vendor product engineering is in line with the objectives and security requirements of Wells Fargo and coordinates with the vendor support team to ensure issues impacting Wells Fargo are resolved quickly and effectively. Infrastructure Projects experience is preferred, but not required. No coding is required for this role. Will work closely with the Lead Business Systems Consultant(BSC), Business Process Consultant (BPC), and multiple technical roles. Required Skill Set/Experience: Senior BSC/BA with 5+ years of experience working in medium to larger Enterprise environments. Must be an Excel guru (pivot tables and other advanced Excel functions) with extensive Visio, Project and other MS Office applications experience Must have general security knowledge such as network, firewalls, encryption Must be able to develop and deliver implementation plans with several teams simultaneously and clearly track progress and metrics to completion Must be organized and have rigorous attention to detail in a fast paced environment Great written and verbal communication skills with both Business/Management and Technical/Engineering resources Ability to work effectively under aggressive timelines Skills that would be a Plus: Strong understanding of or experience with Server/Application encryption technology, encryption key management and information security policies   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
