Description :

This resource will be working on a new large project to implement a disaster recovery solution for the client. This resource will need to work with numerous vendors, clients and HPE teams to facilitate work.

" Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
Applies basic foundation of a functions principles, theories and concepts
5+ years of related manual and/or automated testing experience
HP Quality Center/ALM
Strong proficiency in testing and development methodologies and their interaction.
General Project Management.
Customer/ Vendor Management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work effectively in a global team.
Strong proficiency in understanding requirements, design specifications, and testing strategy to: perform ambiguity analysis, perform risk analysis, establish testing priorities and scope, develop testing strategy, review testing strategy, validate requirements and specifications, develop test plans, review test plan, develop test scenarios, select test design techniques and develop testing metrics collection plan in order to plan and prepare for testing.

Applies advanced subject matter knowledge to complex business issues, and is regarded as a subject matter expert.
Frequently contributes to the development of new ideas and methods.
May act in lead role for small functional testing team.
Works on complex problems/projects where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.
Exercises significant independent judgment within broadly defined policies and practices to determine best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives.
Acts as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies.
May represent the organization to external customers.
Proficient in testing analysis and design, functional and performance models, and test specifications to:
o develop functional models for testing
o develop performance models for testing
o evaluate and validate test cases and scripts
o validate functional models for testing
o validate performance models for testing
o develop test specifications, validate test specifications
o validate testing coverage
o escalate quality issues for resolution
o evaluate test automation tools and validate testing environment in order to develop test specifications
Proficient in testing processes and tools to:
o execute test cases and scripts
o analyze test results
o report on testing progress and results
o facilitate defect resolution and document final test results in order to execute testing engagement
Knowledgeable of testing processes and testing metrics to:
o review test summary report
o provide testing project feedback and archive testing assets in order to verify completion of testing

Normal business hours - M-F 8:00-5:00

Testing Specialist needed for DR Implementation Deal.
Strong Testing experience
Strong communication skills - written and client facing
Attention to detail
Disaster Recovery testing expertise is strongly preferred
Airline transportation knowledge is strongly preferred
Starting date ASAP
Capable of leading small team
Duration is 1 year or more
