Services may be fulfilled by more than one individual; however, the bidder must assign a primary technical lead to conduct or coordainate delivery of all support services. Bidder will provide services in the following areas: *Client Workstation Installation and Support *Network and System Administration *IT Planning and Support Services *Required Skills: *In collaboration with WaTech, analyze the WTSC technology environment to identify deficiencies and recommend solutions *Provide guidance for improving the WTSCs IT capabilities, to include optimization of current resources, applications, and systems *Define requirements for IT solutions to support WTSC goals *Provide coordination services to resolve IT-related problems with other state IT service providers (WaTech, OCIO, DES, etc.) *Perform level 1 and 2 software/hardware/network helpdesk support *Create/Maintain/Execute data backup plans, IT modernization strategies, patch management strategies, asset inventory/management strategies *Consult in the creation/maintenance/execution of WTSC IT Policies *Perform general hardware and software configuration *Support IT security audits *Monitor security-related events *Provide implementation testing *Network and System Administration *Determine network and system requirements *Design and deploy networks *Install and support LANs, WANs, network segments, internet, and intranet systems *Install and maintain network hardware and software *Analyze and isolate network problems *Monitor network performance to ensure security and availability to users *Maintain integrity of the network, server deployment, and security *Ensure network connectivity throughout the WTSCs LAN/WAN infrastructure *Perform network address assignment *Assign routing protocols and routing table configuration *Assign configuration of authentication and authorization of directory services *Maintain network facilities in individual machines, such as drivers and settings of personal computers as well as printers *Manage network printers *Manage data backup and restore *Create administrative scripts *Create user and group accounts and changes memberships as needed *Deploy and upgradesserver software *Manage directory replication, file and folder structures, and other tasks for disks and volumes *Schedule routinemaintenance tasks *Set up DNS and TCP/IP *Establish user and group security settings   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
