Description: This position will: • work with the team and business management to plan and prioritize tickets • triage issues and requests to estimate hours and priority • use self-initiative to plan work to meet due dates • work with business staff to resolve production issues • gather and analyze business requirements and create technical solution designs that effectively meet the business need in a manner consistent with agency best practices • design, develop, test, implement, and support complex functionality using OnBase modules including Workflow, WorkView, Reporting Dashboards, and Document Composition • support, maintain, and create Document Types, DIP, and custom queries • support and maintain Unity scripts andAPIs • create documentation for migrations to user test (UAT) and production (PRD) environments • assist user testing including preparing data for them to use or to demonstrate the change works • maintain documentation Required certifications: • OnBase System Administrator certification (OCSA) • OnBase Workflow Administrator certification (OCWA) • OnBase WorkViewDeveloper Certification (OCWV) Required skills: • Experience developing and supporting functionality using the Hyland OnBase ECM Content Platform V18 or higher in a large & complex organization. • Experience building complex solutions usingHyland OnBase ECM Content Platform modules: WorkView, Workflow, Document Composition, Unity scripts and Unity API. • Experience inFull Text Search, Reporting Dashboards, Integration for Outlook Client, and Unity Client. • Experience working with OnBase clients including Unity client, Thick client, Config client,Template builder, outlook integration. • Experience with Document Type Configuration and permissions management (preferably with override permissions) • Experience using Microsoft Visual Studio and C#, particularly in conjunction with OnBase Unity API modules and OnBase Unity scripts • Experience working with business analyst or business staff to identify and understand business need, design technical solution, develop, test, implement changes, and monitor system processing. • Experience working with business users to resolve production issues • Strong communication skills including verbal and written • Strong analytical, organizational, and task management skills • Ability to participate in business requirements gathering sessions and technical reviews Nice to have qualifications include: • OnBase Certified Advanced Workflow Administrator (OCAWA) • OnBase Application Programming Interface certification (OCAPI) • Experience in a leadership role such as OnBase Application Solutions Architect. • Experience developing OnBase forms (Unity forms, E-forms, Image forms) and publishing them • Experience with EP3 or newer release • Knowledge of differences between OnBase v18 and EP3 or newer versions. • Experience working with State Government or Environmental organizations.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
