Application Developer is familiar with a variety of the application technologies, environments, concepts, methodologies, practices, and procedures and rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Application Developer can perform a variety of complicated tasks with minimal or no direct supervision. Application Developer has proven experience defining systems and application architecture and provide vision, problem anticipation, and problem-solving ability to organization. They consult with the client to define needs or problems, conduct research, perform studies and surveys to obtain data, and analyze problems to advise on or recommend solutions, utilizing knowledge of theory, principles, or technology of specific discipline or field of specialization. Responsibilities: Conduct a detail GAP Analysis and provide recommendations for the system. Consultant to review as is model and supplement it if necessary to develop the system. Create Functional and technical requirements documentation of the desired system generated by the business rules gathered during agency staff interviews. These documents must describe the business, operational requirements and the business process and technical parameters defined here must fulfill the systems business objectives. The functional and technical requirements document must address the key functional units of the commission and they must cross-reference with the business functions per the case management business requirements: Intake, Investigate, Management and closure Requirements Functional requirements must describe the core functionality of the system – data flow and functional process. The data requirements must describe the business data inputs and outputs needed by the desired system.
