Will be working on Deployment, Maintenance, Retirement of systems • Will be working with upwards of 70 systems primarily Win XP, Win 7, Win 10. • Lab environment experience testing configuration & compatibility ensuring proper operation within new Network • Will be responsible for the Lab equipment testing status, document lab systems, setup integration testing and able to work with others on testing requirements • Able to establish basic network cabling for lab systems, patch systems and follows process • Hands on experience with SCCM tool • Act as eyes for basic troubleshooting on servers and network if needed • Manage data share changes • Asset tagging, Catalogue items within ITSM (Remedy preferred but other ITSM experience ok) • Project focused with an emphasis on networking, desktop support, and client services process documentation.
