Targeted Skills & Competencies: ? Must have experience with Front and Middle Office systems and technical requirements ? Must have experience designing and implementing investment management solutions ? Must have experience Eagle Investment Systems products (PACE, STAR, Reference Manager) ? Experience with Longview Trading System and Charles River Development applications ? Experience with Oracle, PL/SQL, database performance tuning, batch monitoring tools (e.g. Foglight, Tivoli) ? Experience with workflow automation tools (e.g. Autosys)
Expected Responsibilities: ? Evaluates current state and identifies opportunities for improvements implements new initiatives on process improvement and technology initiatives. ? Excels at analyzing current state of the batch process; identifies areas of improvements in efficiency, performance, controls, continuity, automation that are aligned with business / IT strategies and complies with corporate architectural standards. ? Analyzes performance and capacity issues of the highest complexity with systems / applications software and/or application components. ? Continuously cultivates knowledge of emerging technologies. ? Excels at working collaboratively with IT staff on development, troubleshooting, and other technical efforts. ? Performs workflow and systems analysis/design.
Tasks and Responsibilities: As a Lead Analyst reporting to the Director of Shared Service | Asset Management & Enterprise Application Services, you will support an effort to analyze the Asset Management end-of-day (EOD) and start-of-day (SOD) batch process; make recommendations to the AMES Senior and Extended Management teams; and work with AMES application managers and their teams to implement tactical improvements and plan longer term strategic improvements
