Maintains knowledge of emerging technological trends and utilizes this knowledge to educate both IT and the business of opportunities to build better IT solutions that support and drive business decisions. Assists in the definition of the architecture and technology needs of the organization based on new and emerging technologies, and establishes priorities and strategies consistent with business goals and economic viability. Establishes foundation architecture for organization to standardize on hardware and software usage. Serves as a consultant and advisor to senior IT leadership on advanced technologies and evaluates the business impact through cost/benefit analysis. Recommends and incorporates technology with long-term business plans. Transfers knowledge of key learnings throughout the enterprise, and establishes and communicates strategic and technological plans • Conduct Design Review Sessions • Update existing Clients Business Requirements for records management system • Provide MSP with Detailed Design documents and Corresponding Data Model documents. • Define data access layer for Oracle Database. • Identify integration points within new records management modules • Create Screen/User Interface mock-ups of all records management modules and tabs. • Design new records management system integration with exposed API interfaces for all Clients electronic application and or systems. • Develop Detailed Project Plan and Timeline for development of the new records management system. • Ensure the new records management system design conforms to and meets Clients Business Requirements Required Skills: • 7+ years Technology Consultant experience • 2+ years criminal justice experience • IT Solutions to support business Goals experience • Oracle Database experience • JBOSS experience   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
