PMI Lean Plan Management Organizational Skills Large Scale Project Management Financ   Requirement id 46359 Job title Manager Job location in Seattle, WA Skills required Project Management, PMI, Lean, Plan Management Organizational Skills La Open Date 09-Jun-2015 Close Date Job type Not specified Duration 6 Months Compensation DOE Status requirement --- Job interview type ---    Email Recruiter: Bheem S Duvvuri Job Description Manager: Project Management, PMI, Lean, Plan Management Organizational Skills La *Description: The client requires a Project Manager/Business Intelligence consultant with a demonstrated 5 years experience managing the following efforts associated with a Business Intelligence/Analytics software solution: Detailed project plan creation, gathering detailed requirements, source system data readiness evaluation, Request For Proposal creation, solution alternative analysis, software evaluation and selection process, fit gap analysis and detailed implemenation project planning. *Required Skills: *Business Intelligence Analytics product knowledge and experience. *Experience creating Business Intelligence Software Selection & Implementation Request for Proposals. *Project management experience managing a project team of at least ten members or equivalent education and/or experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to meet the job requirements. *Familiar with PMI best practices. *Experiencewith different SDLC approaches. *Familiar with lean concepts, tools and practices. *Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, lead and control project activities to delivera product/complete a deliverable within a specific budget and timeframe in a large scale project preferably a BI implementation project. *Knowledge of Finance/Accounting business practices, work flow analysis, business systems design, and process re-engineering. *Ability to work on complex, highly visible, and politically sensitive projects. *Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing to a wide range of individuals, including making presentations before groups and committees. *Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts *Ability to manage scope, cost, schedule, issues and risks. *Ability to build, organize, lead and motivate project team. *Ability to manage resources, schedule resources to activities, establishes commitment and ensures accountability. *Ability to monitor and measure project performance against planned performance and take corrective action as necessary to stay on track. *Ability to establish quality objectives and ensure quality deliverables. *Demonstrated Microsoft Office experience to create presentations, write issue papers, reports, process flows, etc. as required. *Experience with project feasibility analysis and/or proof of concept. *Experience with project benefits realization analysis and assessment. *Must have demonstrated five years of project management experience. *Desired Skills: *Local to Seattle, Washington *PMP certification *Experience with, use and application of, Lean process and principles *Provide toolkit of product selection and implementation strategy, methodology and documentation templates strongly desired. *Experience/knowledge of the three source systems in scope for the BI/Analytics product implementation: Oracle EBS Financials (includes Oracle Project & Grants), PeopleSoft HR and Hyperion Budget & Planning.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
