Job Description :

We have 3 PM open reqs with MGM Resorts. They are all long term contracts (1-2 years). They are looking for a strong Senior IT PM for each of these projects. There is a preference to certain skill sets (see below), but she would consider a Senior PM without specific experience.



Title: Senior Project Managers (3 openings)

Must Haves:

· Strong communication skills

· 8+ years as an IT Project Manager

· Must have a bachelors degree or higher

· PMBOK knowledge or PMP Certification

· Culture fit is really big for her. She likes someone that is eager, enthusiastic, and willing to work hard.



Preferred:

· Infrastructure background preferred (since the hiring manager is over the Infrastructure/Security vertical)

· Experience with a large network project, an office 365 upgrade, or a data security project

· Longevity in work history preferred (2+ years at each role)



Projects:

· Network Upgrade for City Center (a $40 million dollar project). Looking for a strong networking background ideally and experience with large multi-million dollar projects.

· Office 365 Upgrade. They are ideally looking for someone who has done an Office365 upgrade, but this isnt a must have since she would just consider a strong senior PM.

· Data Security/Privacy. They are ideally looking for someone who has an accounting/finance background and someone who understands the information security aspect of this.
