Job Description :

Asset Manager

3 months contract to hire

Salary conversion= 112K with 15% bonus

Location: Salisbury

Internal Delhaize HR is also working this and has been for about 3/4 months. They have continuously showed her PMs which is not what she needs.

IV process: phone then onsite with team

Exclusive other then internal HR



Must haves

1. Service Now experience specifically tied to Asset Management (Admin functions, importing data)

2. SW/HW Asset Management

3. Understanding of license management

4. Technical- Understanding on how SN works.

+retail, Big Fix, BDNA (they are using this tool to cleanse data)



Day to Day: Making sure data is cleansed properly before pulling it into Service Now. Checking for duplicates and correct information. Pull correct data into Service Now.



Questions to screen candidates: If they struggle on these or ask for clarification they are not the right candidate.

1. What tool does IBM require for licensing? ANSWER: ILMT or Big Fix

2. What are some challenges youve come across within asset management? If they say no challenges they are not senior enough.

3. What is Big Fix? They should at least know what it is even though its not required.

4. Have you ever heard of BDNA? They should have heard of it or know that Flexera owns it.

5. Do you know what a PVU is? Answer: Processor Value Unit. Related to IBM Licensing.
