The role will include providing technical recommendations following best practices, documenting the resulting solution design, and leading the implementation of the design including hands-on development. Responsibilities will include: Review of existing Teamsite environment; evaluate and provide recommendations on enhancements (including development and QA environments); ensure proper licensing is acquired. Map requirements to product functionality and customizations Assist in installation, configuration, tuning and scaling up of Teamsite system Review of 3rd party integration paths Provide guidance on content migration strategies Design/Architect solution with respect to user requirements Participate in development effort along with providing Teamsite technical consultation and leadership throughout solution lifecycle Assist the technical team in product configuration/customization, code reviews and preparation of unit test cases Provide estimates for ongoing development tasks; assist in creation/validation of project schedule Skills and Experience: 5+ years of experience with ECM products, at least 2+ years of experience as a Teamsite Technical Lead Strong knowledge in the Autonomy products Teamsite 7.3.x/7.2.x and 6.7.2, LiveSite 7.3.x, SiteDeveloper, Forms Publisher, Open Deploy 7.x, Media Bin Strong experience in development and maintenance of Autonomy Teamsite products In-depth knowledge of the object oriented programming, object oriented analysis and development J2EE technologies PERL , profiency in perl with interwoven required. Proficiency in databases such as Oracle 9i/10g, MS SQL Server Proficiency in various web technologies like HTML, CSS, java script, WAP Extensive experience with workflow design and development Understanding of how to use all administration utilities for managing users, security, work flows, moving data between servers, using the APIs for extending its functionality, integrating with third party applications, using analytics to understand usage patterns. The ability to identify problems and potential problems and implement effective solutions independently is required. Position requires excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, the ability to deal effectively with employees and customers, and cultivate positive relationships at the project engagement level.
