Job Description Developer: Web Interface 4.6, Web Design, Photoshop, HTMLCSS

Responsible for developing and executing customer experience solutions for online applications and Web sites. Responsible for developing and executing design solutions for projects. Develops and executes customer experience solutions by employing a broad array of user centered design tools including: customer experience brief, site strategy, wireframes or visual mockups, site layouts, site maps, taxonomies navigation schematics, task flows, design briefs, key screens, templates, prototypes Assesses business, user and technical requirements. Provides product usability, evaluation and support to product development teams.

Requirements
7+ years experience in web interface and layout design
Bachelors degree (or comparable work experience) and experience in a web-related environment
Strong design background
Advanced knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator
Intermediate understanding of HTML/CSS/SEO, with direct experience optimizing design concepts around these technologies
Attention to detail, while also considering the big picture
Excellent communication skills
