Communicating project status to team members as well as management including project status presentations to executives both inside and outside the Agency Functioning as a facilitator to clarify business and technical requirements which cross project team boundaries. Identifying project risks and dependencies and providing implementation alternatives to mitigate project risk related to scope, schedule, and budget. Preferred Qualifications: Plans, organizes, and integrates cross-functional information technology projects that are significant in scope and impact. 84+ Months-Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field. Mandatory Qualifications: National certification in Project Management, PMP certified 84 months of experience implementing projects utilizing industry standard Project Management Life Cycle and System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies, including: iterative project planning, risk mitigation strategies and use of Waterfall and Agile methods. 84 months experience implementing projects utilizing industry standard system life cycle methodologies, including iterative project planning, design, development, and management of project teams developing in IBM WebSphere Portal utilizing JDK 1.5 or above. 84 months experience implementing deployment strategies spanning multiple entities, including risk mitigation strategies associated with ensuring implementation success, dissecting deployments into manageable risk averse phases, and involving both Agency and Vendor teams across highly available and scalable multitier applications using Object Oriented or Service Oriented Architecture. 84 months of experience in project status reporting to all levels of stakeholders, executives, management, and project resource teams.
