Responsible for coordinating the technical solutions among various technical support groups. Responsible for making changes in multiple systems in real time to enable changes requested by legislature. Presentations of technical solutions to management and technical support areas. Responsible for implementing technical solutions. Guiding requirements gathering sessions. Guiding the analysis of requirements and system design work. Development of technical design documents and program specifications. Coding, unit, and integration testing of programming assignments. Writing and tuning SQL Technical Support of user testing efforts. Performance tuning of new and existing applications. Production support tasks including analysis of issue, propose and implement solutions. Mentoring of less experienced staff would be required. Mandatory Qualifications: Makes high-level design choices and dictates technical standards, including software coding standards, tools, and platforms. Designs multi-leveled architecture or component interactions of a large-scale software system. 84+ Months: Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field. Preferred Qualifications: 84 months experience with a government taxation organization, which includes business knowledge, technical design, development, maintenance, and end user support of complex tax Return processing systems. 84 months of experience in integrating metadata features using Internet framework connectivity with generated IBM Lotus templates to present dynamic Lotus forms for data capture needs of a government organization. 84 months experience in designing and developing Forms Definition Facility tools and data model to manage centralized tax forms metadata for Business Rules, Form Schemas, and forms Presentation. 84 months experience in design, development and management of Business Rules Architecture system involving Rules entry UI system and portable Runtime Engine System deployable in WPS (WebSphere Process Server) and WAS (WebSphere Application Server) that can also execute as a standalone desktop application. 36 months of experience in development and maintenance of rules-based event triggered applications deployed in IBM ODM server (preferably interacting with IBM SPPS Collaboration and Deployment Services deployed in IBM SPSS Modeler Server). 84 months of experience in end-to-end architecture involving design and implementation and support of Interpretation driven infix/postfix notation-based IBM Cobol Rules Engine system running in IBM OS. 84 months experience in designing messaging architectures using IBM MQ. 60 months of experience working with IBM EAD4J, JADE and Spring frameworks. 84 months experience in designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise level SOA platform encompassing IBM WebSphere Process Server, WebSphere Application Server and Mainframe platform.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
