As the project coordinator you will assist the Incident Management Team in ensuring the schedule and deliverables of the team are meet. Responsibilities will include: Maintaining the high level recall program schedule(s. Review, track and ensuring the deliverables of that schedule are being meet. Review, track and publish the Action Item list. Help identify any critical path items/issues. Capture highlights & action items from recall program meeting & distribution of the brief notes. Create monthly reports for recall and send required info to CPSC (Consumer Product Safety Commission). Support the Incident Management Team with accurate, complete and timely responses to questions regarding safety recalls in the primarily USA and Canada, but can include worldwide. Posting to and maintenance of programs SharePoint site. Essential skills and experience: Project coordination experience. Demonstrated ability to take care of the details. Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple activities. simultaneously. Demonstrated ability to understand and reconcile conflicting inputs and propose go-forward solutions that meet the needs of the overall group and the individuals. Demonstrated ability to learn and apply new technical information. Excellent team player, comfortable both supporting and leading if needed. Proven ability to deliver results through personal leadership and influence over the actions of others. Proven self-starter, with demonstrated ability to self-manage project delivery to deadlines with limited guidance. Ability to maintain sight of the big picture while managing the details. Associates or Bachelors degree in technical or business field that provides training in organizational and analytical skills. Strong skills with Microsoft Office Suite Desired skills and experience: Project/Program Management experience Work experience in the product safety domain. Professional work experience. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Experience creating and deploying repeatable processes. Well-developed and demonstrated project coordination skills. Experience reducing broad concepts to structured solutions; able to simplify and take action in ambiguous situations.
