The system has been available to authorized users via the Executive Office of Health and Human Services Virtual Gateway for several years. DCF is preparing to implement a major release of i-Familynet transitioning several core business functions from the client server based FamilyNet system to the web based i-Familynet platform. STATEMENT OF WORK: The Department of Children and Families and the Executive Office of Health and Human Services will be bound only upon execution of a Statement of Work (SOW) that complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and procures. DCF reserves the right to disqualify any Bidder that submits a proposal or contract that directly or indirectly attempts to preclude or limit the effect of this requirement. 3.2. DESCRIPTION OF REQUESTED SERVICES DCF seeks the services of a qualified vendor to help prepare for, manage, and provide hands-on training to approximately 2,300 end users on the use of release 2.0 of i-Familynet, including the following tasks and deliverables. All of the requested services included in this RFQ are part of a broader plan to support the successful implementation and adoption of i-Familynet 2.0. Task 1: Finalize Hands-On Training Curricula with DCF The selected vendor will work closely with DCF resources to review, refine, and finalize the curriculum for hands-on trainings on the use of i-Familynet in support of the practice. DCF anticipates that up to four different types of hands-on training will be required including the following: 1. Intake/Response Direct Users 2. Intake Direct Users 3. Intake/Response Supervisors/Managers 4. Intake/Response Super Users Task 2: Train the Trainers/Prepare for Trainings The selected vendor will be responsible for providing highly qualified technical trainers who will have primary responsibility for conducting the various hands-on training. The vendor technical trainers will be supported by and work in conjunction with DCF practice resources who will attend and help support each hands-on training. In preparation for the hands-on trainings, the selected vendor will be responsible for training the vendor provided technical trainers as well as the corresponding DCF practice resources on proper instruction of the curricula finalized as part of Task 1: Finalize Hands-On Training with DCF. DCF IT and practice staff, including the DCF Training Director, will be available to participate in and help support the process of training-the-trainers. The vendor will also be responsible for working closely with DCF that ensure that data and materials are ready for each hands-on training, including helping prepare and confirm training user logons, training data, and training materials. KEY DELIVERABLE(S): • Successful completion of train-the-trainer sessions for the vendor technical trainers and DCF practice trainers • Confirmation that user logons have been set-up properly and are available for use in the training environment • Confirmation that data has been set-up properly and is available for use in the training environment Task 3: Coordinate Participation in Hands-On Training DCF anticipates that hand-on trainings will occur in DCF offices statewide using mobile training labs of approximately 12 to 15 students each.
