Previous experience in solution design/architecture would be ideal but not mandatory. Im looking for a PM, but a PM who has an understanding of the technology they are implementing. Any experience delivering projects to meet regulatory requirements also desirable. -The PM is initially required until end 2015 for scope as described above, however there is also a large scope of work being planned for voice recording in 2016, and if the PM was successful he/she could be extended to continue to delivering the voice recording work in 2016. -The new PM role is required in UBS Weekawken (New Jersey) location, and will undertake a handover from me to get up to speed immediately to take over these projects. The projects are already in-flight and all have tight deadlines, at present I am managing them myself, but I do not have the time to continue doing so. -The new PM will work closely with me, as well as with UBS resources in other countries to deliver the required work. The new PM needs to be highly motivated, able to work unsupervised and without constant guidance and be tenacious and able to overcome and find solutions to problems when they arise. UBS is a challenging environment to work in and we need someone with a "do whatever it takes to get the job done" attitude.
