She doesnt have enough PM power to support all that is going on in 2018. Person needs to be skilled PM. Basic PM skills. In addition to that – doesnt need someone who is buy the book – check off list PM Needs someone who can truly partner with business lead to drive through to the outcomes Must have knowledge of international cash space in custody environment Custody payments over swift network Similar to BAs shes looked for in the past – but this needs to be a PM International (HSBC, Barclays, state street, JP(little bit)) custody cash payments that will be over Swift. Swift payments – that are 103s and 202s. Helpful because this PM will help understand business impact of defects discovered during testing. Defects will drive critical tasks for the projects. Will need to help connect the dots. There may be a need to manage multiple projects. Currency migration is scoped out. Project is in flux. That project is all about moving currencies from old platform to new platform. Each currency has its own problems. There is a lot of testing that needs to get done. PM must be nimble as a result. Based on what theyre finding in analysis changes what their direction is going to be. Agile would be helpful. Phone interview will be fine Also fine with someone who will relocate.
