The change manager will also support project teams in integrating change management activities into their project plans. This position requires the incumbent to have strong analytical skills in order to determine an appropriate change management strategy and plan. This includes, but is not limited to, analyzing what is changing, who and how stakeholders will be impacted, and what resources will be needed in order to transition to future state.
