As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects through their lifecycle from scoping to development to delivery. Youll work in a collaborative environment with UX designers, software engineers, stakeholders at partner organizations, content authors, and more. Youll write user stories and acceptance criteria, coordinate team communication, manage a cross-functional team, and ensure delivery of a variety of impactful government technology initiatives. Your work will be constituent-focused and data-driven. You will work on products and services that support Mass.gov, such as decision wizards that help constituents navigate government services, integrations with data visualizations and analytical tools, and initiative sites. Your role will be to work with the team and our customers to manage expectations and build/manage work plans in order to deliver a site that provides all users—from the public to government employees—with the go-to, accessible, outstanding platform for government services and information.
