This position will work closely with our development and infrastructure support teams on behalf of our clients to solve issues and communicate resolutions. The Production Team is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Must be available to help cover holidays and emergency shifts as needed. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Monitor XRoads product. Research, resolve and respond to issues and escalating as needed. • Support clients through phone, email and ticket tracking. • Work with internal teams to troubleshoot and find solutions to customer issues. • Diagnose issues and follow through to completion. QUALIFICATIONS • Associates Degree or equivalent experience. • PC skills in all Microsoft basics including Word, Excel and IE. • Knowledge of protocol functions (SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, VPN). • Past experience in a customer facing role. • Understanding of financial industry. • Experience in troubleshooting technical/computer-related problems.
