Additional Potential Responsibilities: Manage Portfolio Level Financials Coordinate monthly financial reporting Collect forecasts from PMs Forecast quality assurance Rolls up variance explanations to portfolio level Facilitate financial monthly financial review meetings Report on trends/aged/items/triggers escalation Manage Control Plan Meeting Management - Project/Portfolio level status meetings (executive, etc.). REQUIRED KEY SKILLS: Attention to Detail/Follow Up Good at Control Plans Flexible and Process driven Proven Project/Portfolio Financial Management expertise Strong partnership and collaboration skills Ability and active interest in learning about the technology and business processes within the program. Ability to support geographically dispersed project teams across multiple employment statuses (FTE, SDS, SOW resources, etc.). Executive presence, with the ability to speak meaningfully to executive-level leaders (progress, risk/issue management, etc.). Ability to work in an environment of ambiguity. Interest in the Investments Domain. Working exposure to Agile methodology practices. Detailed planning experience and ability to provide transparency for the team. Dependency Management.
