The primary application area supported is the Enterprise Contact Technology portfolio, consisting of Customer Relationship Management (Sales/Service) desktop, Interactive Voice Response, and Computer Telephony Integration platforms. (Call Routing and Queuing, Outbound dialer, softphone integration, etc.) In this role, you will be designing, executing, coordinating, leading, and you will be working in an agile / shift-left model conducting analysis of functional requirements and technical designs to verify functional test cases early during the development cycle. This role will be crucial for supporting our Speed to Market initiatives. The engineer will be working closely with other functional QA testers and developers, and will report under the Quality Assurance Manager. General activities include: design and development of test cases for new projects and change controls, documentation of test cases, run regression and analyze failures, setup and maintenance of test data and provides support for junior engineers. Qualifications • 7+ years IT quality assurance and systems/application testing experience • 5+ years of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) experience • 3+ years of experience with HP ALM/Quality Center or similar tool for requirements / test case/ defect tracking • 3+ years of experience as Quality Assurance lead or Senior Quality Assurance Analyst for testing of an enterprise-wide implementations • 3+ years of experience with testing web-based applications developed in Java or .NET framework. •3+ years of automation or regression testing experience •2+ years of experience running/testing batch commands and/or shell scripts on UNIX and Windows servers and reviewing output, logs, etc. Desired Qualifications • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills •3+ years of Aspect Unified IP/ALM as functional or UAT tester •3+ years knowledge of working with ACD Inbound and Outbound Call Flow •A BS/BA degree or higher in science or technology •Knowledge and understanding of Selenium software testing framework •2+ years of HP ALM experience •3+ years of Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) Call Routing Key Value Pair (KVP) data experience •1+ years of Interactive Voice Response (IVR) experience with M3 Scripts •1+ years of UNIX experience •Knowledge and understanding of technology testing: automation and data automation •Knowledge and understanding of automated regression and maintaining scripts in regression •Ability to develop stored procedures, views, and triggers •Knowledge and understanding of desktop and Windows server operating systems •Knowledge and understanding of technology server: side scripting •Knowledge and understanding of application or software and infrastructure testing activities with full project level engagement involving all aspects of SDLC and STLC (Software Development or Testing Life Cycle) •Ability to work effectively in virtual environment where key team members and partners are   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
