This team is responsible for implementation and maintenance of Web Access Management, Enterprise Directory, Identity and Access Management (IAM), RSA SecurID, PKI, and endpoint systems security. This is an operational and engineering role, where the resource will be responsible for administering CA SiteMinder and RSA SecurID infrastructure and their security. Duties and Accountabilities: Installation, configuration and maintenance of CA SiteMinder Policy Server version 6, version r12 and Sun ONE Directory Server 6.0 and above; running on Solaris 9 or Solaris 10 servers in sandbox, development, QA and production environments. Installation, configuration and maintenance of RSA Authentication Manager Version 6 and above running on Solaris 10 servers and RSA appliances in sandbox, development, QA and production environments. Troubleshooting of problems, performance tuning and day-to-day administration activities. Support SiteMinder connectors and session-linkers for SAP, PeopleSoft, Documentum environments and TAI agents. Support form-based, certificate-based, SecurID-based authentication and Integrated Windows Authentication. Support SiteMinder Federation services. Keep track of the Service Packs released by CA, Sun or RSA and applying them as and when necessary. Work closely with the web administrators and website owners addressing their problems. If needed, act as a liaison between CA or Sun or RSA technical support and the web administrators. On-call rotation 24X7 for production environment. Familiarity with installation and configuration of Microsoft ADFS servers. Work closely with a SharePoint project team who are using SiteMinder Federation Services in conjunction with Microsoft ADFS to provide authentication to the SharePoint websites.. Selection Criteria: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related discipline with at least 5 years of experience in engineering and supporting Information Technology systems in an Enterprise settuing. Minimum three years proven experience in administering CA SiteMinder Policy Server and Sun ONE Directory Server. In dept knowledge of LDAP directory internals. Good understanding of web single sign-on with eBusiness environment using IBM HTTP Server, IBM WebSphere, IIS Web Server, Lotus Domino web server. Advanced knowledge on RSA Authentication Manager. RSA SecurID system administration experience is desired. Good understanding of Microsoft ADFS technology and its integration with SiteMinder Federation Services and SharePoint. Familiarity with Virtual Directory technology. Proven experience in engineering new identity and access management solutions by integrating products from different providers. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Solid oral and written communication skills; ability to present and explain technical information to end users in a simple way.
