Responsibilities: Will assist with overall scoping, discovery and planning on a multi-faceted project to decommission Nonstandard Auto including IT assets (applications, infrastructure & processes), servicing, data retention, reporting and coordination with business Requires deep technical and business context analysis; will ensure comprehensive scope is addressed for decommissioning with all up and down-stream impact considerations Experience in auto, specifically non-standard, insurance end-to-end lifecycle; understanding of non-standard auto fit into P&C landscape including sales & servicing Experience with Data Warehouse, financial systems integration and large scale migration efforts Prior experience at Nationwide very beneficial as methodology championship and mentoring is a critical activity; flexible & adaptive leadership is needed to guide adherence to better practices Prior experience with decommissioning and/or divestiture efforts is also beneficial Very occasional travel to Cleveland may be needed (e.g. 1-2x month) Partnering with project leadership to establish capability around legacy decommissioning   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
