Display the “Application” status for the “Account Holder”. 2. Organize, store, and update balances (dollar amounts) of Micro grants to parents who are approved to participate in the Program, a federally funded Program implemented by the State. Under no condition can the State pre-fund amounts in the Platform. The role of the Platform is only to track the amounts for Account Holders. 3. Allow the Account Holder to select a State-approved Provider from a list via a drop down list or radio button for remote summer, after-school, and weekend learning supports to use during one 12-week time period in fall 2021, spring 2022, summer 2022, fall 2022,spring 2023,and summer 2023. 4. Provide access from within the Platform or via an outside linked connection to technology and supplemental instructional materials created by each Provider (State-approved contractor, not the Platform Contractor) needed for students to actively participate in the program with their chosen provider. This includes, but is not limited to, online conferencing tools, provider websites, and online instructional materials. 5. The Platform must be usable across the entire State of Tennessee and must be able to: a. allow parents/guardians to apply to participate in the Program, b. allow parents/guardians to apply for supplemental technology, c. display the total award given to each Account Holder, d. display Program options, e. allow parents/guardians to select Program options, Managed Service Provider Request for Project Services Template f. allow Providers to request or deduct funds from accounts as supports are provided, g. display up-to-date balances in a Summary Report of Microgrants, h. require Account Holders to sign a set of Assurances provided by the State. i. allow parents/guardians to write a review of the completed Program. 6. The Contractor shall provide an administrators guide and end user guide for using the full functionality of the Platform.
