Job Description : Summary As an Agile Product Coach in the Agile Center of Excellence you will be responsible for building the Agile Product Management discipline. The Product coach is specifically focused on improving the expertise and capabilities of our Product Management team. In addition, you will build a community of product managers who are passionate about sharing knowledge and helping each other to improve the quality of product strategy, roadmap and the interaction with the customer, stakeholders, and end users. By providing hands-on coaching, guidance, and support to Product Managers you will support the development of high-quality requirements using methods such as personas, customer interviews, story mapping, customer journeys, etc. What youll do Establish collaborative partnerships with Product Managers and their leadership to help them in their journey of adopting Agile and product management methods Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Agile and product development methods and practices Provide coaching and training for product managers in an emerging Agile environment Assess the current organization and delivery environment and recommend optimal Agile and product development methods and practices Establish metrics to and key performance indicators to manage product management maturity Drive the required cultural transformation in adopting the new way of thinking and working Participate and contribute actively to continuously evolve processes to align to the enterprise agile transformation strategy What youll bring Bachelors degree in business, healthcare, or technology or related field or 4 years experience 8 years product management experience in a technology delivery environment Successful track record of shaping product strategy and roadmaps in a large-scale environment using an iterative/Agile methodology (e.g. SAFe/LeSS/SCRUM/XP) SAFe SPC and/or PO/PM certification, Certified Coach (CSC) or Agile Facilitation and Coaching Certifications Profound knowledge of the discipline of Product Management Strong understand of Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and scaled agile principles and practices Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable presenting in front of large groups Experience in creating/enhancing training materials and delivering training Excellent problem-solving skills Highly influential, providing recommendations and advice to all levels, including senior IT leadership   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
