Job Description Developer: Report Generation Tools, SAP, TFS, ALM Technical Documentation Automation E

Must have Skills:
HP ALM Administration and development, report generation, Adding fields/modify workflow, research and resolve issues, implement and support TFS Sync, implement and Support SAP SolMan Sync

Desired Skills:
HP ALM administration and development

Roles and Responsibilities:
New project setup in HP ALM
Setup the project specific lists in HP ALM (Application / Module / Submodule)
Add/Modify the two functions (in HP ALM workflow code project scripts)
Support any data uploads required for new projects
Support any customizations required for new projects
Provision and de-provision users as needed
HP Synchronizer Link Topology support
Set up new synchronizer links with TFS
Monitor existing links
Troubleshoots any synchronization failures
Recommend synchs needed for strategic project reporting
Work with TFS to add users, define filters needed to set up synch
Add TFS users to HP ALM needed for synch
Day to day support of user issues and questions
Creation and updating users manual and technical documentation
Creation and documentation of custom reports
General ongoing training for HP ALM
Work with Automation Team to support automation integration with HP ALM
Support Excel upload utilities for defects, requirements and test cases
Support TFS Sync
Support SAP SolMan Sync
