This team manages and maintains the SCCM infrastructure for the enterprise. Role Description: This is an Infrastructure Engineering position with a focus on SCCM based solutions for endpoint management. There is a significant focus on maintaining and deploying automation solutions to assist with Vulnerability Management (Flexera Software Vulnerability Manager) and endpoint automation solutions (1E Nomad, Shopping, AppClarity). Primary responsibilities include: The operational administration of the SVM infrastructure and ensuring the availability of the platform and data on a daily basis (MySQL, Linux, and integration with SQL data warehouse). Partnership on the team to ensure the availability of the SCCM capabilities and integrated 1E solutions including application configuration, client health, and the application of the technical capabilities to department business processes to drive automation and labor efficiency. Partnership with vendors and key members of the department to ensure that system remain available and provide measurable value to the department. The team operates in two-week iterations and follows general Agile practices to scope and complete activities. Required Skills: Desktop Systems Management experience including: Microsoft SCCM current branch infrastructure deployment and administration. Troubleshooting WSUS, Software Deployments, Task Sequences and Client Health in a corporate environment Flexera SVM (Linux/MySQL) deployment and administration. E product experience (Nomad, Shopping, AppClarity) with deployment and administration. Ability to read/write Microsoft SQL statements to ensure that solutions are working as deployed Ability to read/write PowerShell code (for infrastructure automation) Endpoint lifecycle experience, including the ability to understand business process and apply solutions to save labor and improve the customer experience.
