Job Description Engineer: Windows 2008 R2, SCCM, VM Ware, san IDS IPS

[Note : must be our w2]


This person will need to have experience and knowledge in administering Windows 2008 R2/2012 servers and should have a strong mind for change management (ITSM, etc.)
Jr. TIER3 - troubleshooting and basic engineering (not help desk)
Extensive Windows 2008R2 experience, 2012+ experience a plus
SCCM must have some basic experience using tool (not SCCM engineer)
VMWare basic administration, knows concepts, deploying VMs (not VMWare engineer)
Active Directory troubleshooting backend issues, basic engineering, administration not important
Windows Clustering required, should know how to setup/troubleshoot Windows Cluster
Veritas Clustering VERY nice to have
SAN/Storage conceptual/basic knowledge required (configuring servers for SAN)
AV/IDS/IPS troubleshooting general issues, not expert with specific tools but Symantec CSP a plus
Strong experience in large enterprise, highly regulated, processes, change control, etc.
