No Skype** Desired Skills: 1. 48 months of experience working with companies or agencies to migrate mail systems from Exchange 2003-2010 to a consolidated Exchange platform using integrated or 3rd party tools. 2. 48 months of experience working with companies or agencies to migrate mail systems from Novell GroupWise to a consolidated Exchange platform using integrated or 3rd party tools. 3. 48 months of experience working with companies or agencies to migrate mail systems from Lotus Notes to a consolidated Exchange platform using integrated or 3rd party tools. 4. 96 months of experience installing, configuring, administering and reporting on Microsoft Exchange systems and objects within the system using Exchange tools, PowerShell and other scripting languages. 5. 96 months of experience in troubleshooting problems, working with and relating to other technical specialists focusing on Microsoft Exchange and other disciplines such as Active Directory and desktop, web and mobile clients. 6. 96 months of experience responding to trouble tickets, analyzing, troubleshooting and resolving complex technical problems as they arise. 7. 24 months of experience configuring and troubleshooting Forefront Online Protection for Exchange (FOPE). 8. 96 months of experience monitoring Microsoft Exchange systems using Microsoft MOM/SCOM including administering the associated SQL databases. 9. 96 months of experience administering, maintaining and troubleshooting the BlackBerry Enterprise Servers (BES) service including administering the associated SQL databases. 10. 36 months of experience installing, configuring, administering and monitoring Exchange Active Sync service and providing assistance with mobile devices. 11. 12 months of experience implementing or migrating to the Microsoft Office 365 environment and/or supporting a hybrid Microsoft Office 365 environment. Duties include but are not limited to the following: 1. Work with customer agencies to migrate mail systems from Exchange 2003-2010, Novell GroupWise or Lotus Notes to a consolidated Exchange platform using integrated or 3rd party tools. 2. Establish co-existence solutions between Exchange and foreign mail systems to support customer requirements 3. Install, configure, administer, report on Microsoft Exchange systems and objects within the system using Exchange tools, PowerShell and other scripting languages. 4. Troubleshoot problems, work with and relate to other technical specialists focusing on Microsoft Exchange in a resource forest model and other disciplines such as Active Directory and desktop, web and mobile clients. 5. Respond to trouble tickets, analyze and resolve complex technical problems as they arise. 6. Configure and troubleshoot Forefront Online Protection for Exchange (FOPE). 7. Monitor Microsoft Exchange systems using Microsoft MOM/SCOM and administer associated SQL databases. 8. Administer, maintain and troubleshoot the BlackBerry Enterprise Servers (BES) service including administering the associated SQL databases. 9. Install, configure, administer and monitor Exchange Active Sync services and provide assistance with mobile devices. 10. Migrate to and support a Microsoft Office 365 hybrid environment. 11. Provides technical support to users and technical specialists, including off hours and on-call support. 12.
