Review current architecture and refactor code to meet current design patterns developing the iUS Tax/Benefit WEB applications for Consortium states. Design and peer reviews will be used to ensure work is of appropriate quality and quantity. Contractor will develop C# code, coded unit tests, and system documentation. Specific Skills Required (Programming languages, databases, operating systems, etc.) Required knowledge of and recent experience with: -- C#, 2 years ASP.Net Core, JavaScript, MVC 5, WEB API, Entity Framework Core, Git, Team Services, and Swagger Preference will be given to developers with demonstrated knowledge or recent experience in: -- T-SQL, Azure, Selenium, Rabbit MQ Successful candidates will be experienced developers who have strong, current skills in these development technologies and the ability to be productive using these tools immediately.
