Documents risks and develops mitigation plans. Manages scope. Negotiates resources. Communicates to stakeholders and the project sponsor. Identifies, tracks, and ensures resolution of issues and removal of barriers. Management responsibility over the achievement of performance, and objectives of a project, its contracts and expenditures. Ensures that the project plan is updated and maintains tasks, schedules, estimates, and status.
