Will develop software based on the technical specifications. Will analyze and investigate problems with software solutions that have been reported by clients and document the results of their investigation(s). Will perform maintenance of software and correct defects that have been identified during the maintenance process. Will run unit tests on software they create, implement test plans, test harnesses and document the test results. Will investigate and suggest solutions to defects and problems with software solutions that have been detected during testing. Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and possess strong written and verbal communication skills. VoiceXML, JAVA, Knowledge of IVR Remote conditions 100% remote. General skills Must have SD-Java/J2EE Languages Must have English Native or bilingual proficiency Experience required · Assist in vetting requirements and developing user stories · Analyze call data and call flows for existing applications · Design, develop, test, and promote code to address new business requests and support ongoing needs for the IVR, including the integration of the IVR platform with call routing transport · Document existing infrastructure associated with Schwabs IVR platforms · Write well designed, testable, efficient VXML and Java code and ensure designs are in compliance with specifications · Will prepare and produce releases of software components to meet acceptance criteria · Recommends and supports process improvements and best practices · Manage and work with various infrastructure teams, vendors, and peers · Apply development skills in VXML, GRXML, JavaScript and Java (utilizing SOAP/REST communications) in a PC/Linux cross-platform environment..   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
