Familiarity with CMS highly recommended. Understanding of content supply chain and content publishing processes is highly recommended. Working SharePoint knowledge highly recommended. Candidates should be flexible, fast and detail-oriented. The candidate should be proficient in HTML, have working knowledge of CSS, and have excellent MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio skills. The CMS Content Publisher will: Understand the CEO channels goals and strategic business objectives and how the project fits within those objectives. Keep the end-user and customer in mind throughout the project lifecycle. Understand and have a strong grasp of the technical environment that supports the CEO Channels (Portal, Mobile, etc.). Work with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure deliverables are completed and released under tight timelines. Specific Responsibilities include: Data entry for CMS publishing process. Input content for messaging, help and other content, manage status and information related to assignments, and validate work. Edit basic HTML on a limited basis with new content. Provide support to line of business partners around customized vanity URL processes. Create and maintain training documentation for publishing roles. Track, report, and maintain documentation on publishing production issues. Plan and execute testing of CMS publishing capabilities. Support other publishing activities as needed. Recommended Experience: 3 years of experience with SDL Tridion or similar enterprise CMS recommended. Proficient in HTML, including knowledge of XHTML standards and CSS. Familiarity with XML and XSL code and usage. Experience with web publishing and web content lifecycles. Intermediate or higher level with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Outlook). Detail oriented, organized and able to manage multiple activities and responsibilities. Customer service and customer focus experience. Ability to logically tackle and solve complex issues, good analytical skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
