The Systems Analyst is responsible for partnering with the various business groups and the centralized support groups to capture business and system requirements. Required Skills: Experience with interviewing business to capture requirements, formulate and define system scope and objectives Experience in analyzing and designing data solutions, as a system analyst, in a batch environment, working with Technical Leads and Data Modelers Excellent data querying (SQL) and data interpretation skills with strong understanding of database concepts Excellent written and verbal communications Ability to formulate and articulate/present data findings to business/technology stakeholders Experience with the SDLC and developing SDLC artifacts, including but not limited to: Business Requirements, Systems/Functional Requirements, Data/Process Flow Diagrams, Design Spec, Use Case Scenarios and Data Mapping Spec Escalate blocking factors to appropriate levels of management as necessary Proven experience executing at both the macro (strategic) and micro (tactical) levels Desired Experience: College degree preferred or equivalent work experience 5+ years of Systems Analyst experience in a database group Experience in Financial Industry is preferred   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
