Job Description Architect: Oracle Weblogic, SDLC, SME, RCA CA Wily SSL JMS Shell Scripting UNIX

[Must be our own W2]
Handle the engineering and technical design on Oracle WebLogic 10 & 11G distributed server systems and Fatwire/WebCenter Sites, ensuring acceptable and consistent levels of performance through optimization
Oversee monitoring and design of tools to manage the environment effectively
Work with database systems administrators, programmers, analysts, engineering, business continuity, and operations staff to ensure that effective data security, integrity, monitoring and recoverability procedures are in place at all times
Serve as focal point for applications development/infrastructure teams for developing, configuring, deploying, troubleshooting, and performing software engineering for distributed applications; Produce project plans and progress reports for management;
Follow rigorous system development life cycle (SDLC) and project management best practices, Designs, Builds, Installs, tunes, and provides tier 3 support for Oracle WebLogic & Oracle Fatwire/WebCenter Sites systems.
Assist with server configuration, application development, and software debugging for documentation purposes.
Configure end-to-end monitoring or performance and availability of systems and applications.
Collects, analyzes, and manages performance and capacity data for identifying trends in order to optimize performance.
Analyzes system use and provides reports on average, peak, and guideline values for each performance element to track resource use.
Serves as subject matter expert (SME) on systems problem resolution, activities and tools.
Identifies and recommends process improvements to provide more effective troubleshooting of complex hardware and software problems.
Expected Responsibilities:
1) Installation and Configuration of WebLogic & Fatwire/WebCenter Sites
2) Work with App Dev teams in deploying code across SDLC environments
3) Work on troubleshooting the infrastructure environment issues
4) Work on production issues, fix them and complete RCA
5) Experience with CA WILY

To be considered for the role candidates much have experience with the following:
1) Installation and Configuration of WebLogic 11G and Fatwire/WebCenter Sites
2) Installation and Configuration of TCServer
3) Implementation experience of SSL, Node Manager, JMS, Connection Pool and Weblogic Tuning
4) Experience with UNIX environments and shell scripts
5) Understanding of F5 load balancer and SiteMinder configuration
6) Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation for 3rd Tier escalation operational issues
7) Provide implementation support for releases after-hours/weekends periodically
