Implement the testing procedures and strategies as outlined in the Master Test Plan. 1.1.2. Monitor test progress and address any deviations or issues. 1.2. SIT Test Case / Test Results Review 1.2.1. Follow structured process for reviewing Vendor test cases and test results; ensure that SIT test coverage aligns with project requirements and standards. 1.3. Test Environment Setup Support: 1.3.1. Assist with environment smoke testing as needed to ensure that test environment(s) are set up to simulate end-to-end scenarios. 1.3.2. Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve environment-related issues. 1.4. Define test cases, test data and testing environments 1.4.1. Conduct interviews with SMEs, BAs, DMT and other Staff to confirm business processes 1.4.2. Author comprehensive test scripts to include necessary data set(s), dependencies and interfaces 1.5. Test Case Execution and Monitoring Managed Service Provider Request for Project Services Page 4 of 15 1.6. Execute test cases including: 1.6.1. Functional testing 1.6.2. End-to-End scenarios 1.6.3. Report Validation 1.6.4. Data Validation 1.6.5. ADA Compliance 1.6.6. Regression testing 1.7. Document test results, including any defects or issues. 1.8. Continuously monitor and report on the progress of end-to-end testing efforts. 1.9. Identify areas of concern / opportunities for improvement. 1.10.UX Testing 1.10.1. Assist UAT Test Manager with resource coordination and test case assignments for expanded UX test team (MDCPS Staff) 1.10.2. Defect Validation, verification and retest 1.10.3. Track and report on end-user test results 1.11.Quality Management Support: 1.11.1. Help define quality metrics and acceptance criteria. 1.11.2. Follow all quality assurance processes. 1.11.3.
