SMEs System Analyst Analyst (Jobs in AUSTIN, TX)   Requirement id 21571 Job title Analyst Job location in Austin, TX Skills required SMEs, Project Coordination, IT Professional, System Analyst Open Date 31-Oct-2014 Close Date Job type Contract Duration 5 Months Compensation DOE Status requirement --- Job interview type ---    Email Recruiter: coolsoft Job Description Analyst: SMEs, Project Coordination, IT Professional, System Analyst Detailed expectations: Prepare conceptual design documents Review and understand business drivers Participate in completion of detailed training designs based on high-level requirements Develop instruction modules and materials based on design specifications Conduct audience and needs analyses to confirm appropriateness of learning objectives Initiate course effort Facilitate content gathering from Subject Matter Experts(SMEs) to create course design Confirm Client Subject Matter Expert (SME) agreement of detailed schedule and involvement throughout process, set expectations for remainder of project Identify detailed learning objectives for each course based on business drivers and performance goals; map course content to appropriate learning objectives Execute training Review deliverables for completeness, compliance with standards, and consistency with the detailed design; prepare materials for manager review Provide oversight on content revisions given feedback from client subject matter experts and field trial participants; manage work effort to maintain scope May provide classroom training and fulfill other training assignments as needed Support training solutions development process Coordinate project activities between all disciplines including media, technology, project management, client onsite or business interlock and delivery teams Identify continuous improvement areas based on lessons learned; modify process steps as appropriate for client situation with direction from manager Collaborate with team, peers and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) via professional communication channels to maintain relationships Monitor course assessment (performance-based test) results against expected service level agreements and business drivers; recommend actions for course improvement Complete project administration tasks Report status including estimates to complete work; identify potential risks and recommendations for mitigation Request feedback related to deliverables and own and team performance, suggest action items Minimum 2 years experience supporting complex project implementations Minumum 1 year experience supporting people enablement development and implementation efforts Proven ability to translate business needs/requirements into actionable items Bachelors degree (minimum)   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
