Job Description Developer: JavaScript, SOA, Spring, Java EE WEB Application SQL XML Jsp HTML

Candidate needs to have strong communication skills and be able to work well in a team environment.

Minimum of 8 years in Software Engineering role
Minimum 6+ years in Java EE Web Application development
Strong background in Object Oriented design
Demonstrated ability to apply design patterns to daily work and effectively communicate them
Demonstrated ability to develop high quality fast to market solutions
SQL is a requirement
XML is a requirement
JSP, HTML is required
JavaScript, JQuery is preferred
SOA / Web Services / EJB Programming is a requirement
Experience with two or more Web Application Frameworks (MVC, Struts, GWT, Spring, JSF) is a requirement
Experience with I18N and Localization is preferred
Agile Development experience is a plus
Ability to communicate effectively to both technical and non technical people is a requirement
Solid planning, design and implementation skills
